Easy to do and prompt delievery

With not having the luxury of getting out by myself to the chemist. Pharmacy 2U is a god send and I would totally recommend to anyone in need.

An excellent service I’d be lost without it

The last order was an emergency order, which the surgery cancelled immediately as I needed to collect it and start taking and could not wait for delivery. Unfortunately you did not cancel and the tablets arrived 5 days later, so the medication has been wasted, as I no longer need it. What a waste! If your system for cancellation was improved this should not happen!

Easy way to order repeat prescription. Postage is paid for. Any problems/delays they will notify you.

I have had a few issues something wasn’t available so got an email asking to go through the link if I want the rest of my order delivered and not wait for the other items but the link didn’t work and couldn’t get through on the phone so ended up running out of one medicine also other times had to wait for extremely long periods just to get through on the phone cos I had medication missing with no notification as to why it’s really bad customer service that I have personally received

Pharmacy2U is an excellent company that, other than contacting your surgery for a repeat prescription, does everything else. They communicate with you all the way, from receiving the prescription to the actual delivery. They also remind you that a prescription is due and this is the only reason I cannot give it five stars. The reminders become out of sync and when they are informed, the reminders come back on track. Until...... they go out of sync again. I get reminders up to five or six weeks before my prescription is due. I suppose best be early than late. Fantastic service though. (The latest prescription came less than 48 hours from ordering, without having to leave my armchair),

For the second time in a row, I am unable to get my medication that I require to be kept alive! People don’t seem to realise that upon ordering medication, it can sometimes mean life or death!Cannot contact them by phone, they never answer emails, and it’s almost impossible to shut down your account!These people often say that it is unavailable, yet you can get it from local sources.I will be closing my account, after emailing them because there is no option on their website or application to do so, and I will never be using them again!

I have used Pharmacy2U for the last ten years with no problem until this last order.The web page kept telling me that Pharmacy2U was not my designated supplier requiring me to tick a box to confirm that they are my supplier.I did this three times because the message was still there.I then got an email from Pharmacy2U advising me to contact my GP practice,which I did(twice)to be assured that they were still recording Pharmacy2U as my preferred supplier.Eventually sorted but I didn't expect to meet these difficulties which I was expected to sort out.Hence the average review!

First delivery fine no problems.Second they missed one of the itemsTried to get hold and went round in circles.Finally spoke to somebody who said that they could only send 4 items at a time.Strange because the first order there was yes 5 and i have been getting 5 items for many many years.So i am today still waiting for the fifth !!One more chance ???

The service I have received from Pharmacy2you over the past two years or so, has been faultless. Thoroughly recommended.
